What is Support Coordination?

Support Coordination is a funded Category (Capacity Building – Category 7) within NDIS plans. The funding provides the opportunity for participants to work with a Support Coordinator. The Support Coordinator works closely with the participant to learn how to get the most out of the funding so that the NDIS goals can be achieved.

What if I don’t have a NDIS plan yet?

Contact the NDIS directly on 1800 800 110 (Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm) or visit www.ndis.gov.au and ask about applying for the NDIS. If you receive a NDIS plan and it includes funding for Support Coordination, then you are welcome to contact the team directly on 1300 018 346 during regular business hours or info@trustedsupport.org.au and we can provide you the service.
